Porthilly Gallery - September Show 2019
Every year, Jethro Jackson gathers together a group of artists from Porthilly Gallery and presents their work at the WI Hall in Rock, a lovely light space with huge windows looking out towards the sea.
This annual exhibition is dedicated predominately to Jethro’s paintings, but there is always a beautiful collection of sculpture, pottery and ceramics for sale, which sits beautifully next to his work.
I work with Jethro to plan the show, develop the catalogue, get the invites out and i’m usually there on opening night, enjoying the art, the atmosphere - and and the amazing Porthilly Oysters !
